The Radical Act of Stopping is a text/article written in advance of the first performance of Public Selfcare System, and published by Exeunt in 2016. It deals with disability and knowledge, and rest in public space. Public Selfcare System was kind of my “coming out” work as a disabled artist, and my first proper stake over public space.
How We Might Have Met – and might still yet is written in Twine so although it is a piece of writing, you access it online and it feels like a website. It is not a website: it is a conversation between past, present and future anchored around my piece Can I Help You? which has been going since 2006 and which I was due to present in large scale across Kent and Sussex in summer 2020.
